BBC brilliance on New York’s landmarks

I remember the dingy, depressing disappointment of arriving in Penn Station as a student with a DC to NYC AMTrak ticket. The chance to arrive in the old, beautiful, magnificent Penn station would’ve been so different.

This brilliant article, from the BBC’s Nick Bryant on the New York landmark law, is well worth reading.
